You can contact IT support directly from the Portal or Portal mobile app by clicking into the IT Support tile.
This is the main place to get IT support at CCV, but there are many other ways to reach out for help, too:

- Call IT support CCV IT hours of operation
Login to the HelpDesk using the same username and password as the Portal and fill out the form to let us know about your IT issue. You will receive an email response from someone in IT shortly. If you forget your password to login, you can reset it following these instructions. You can also find instructions for retrieving your username on that page.
