The CCV IT HelpDesk is staffed at the following times when classes are in session. During breaks, the helpdesk is not available in the evening.

The HelpDesk is temporarily available during following hours, until further notice:

  • Monday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
  • Tuesday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
  • Wednesday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
  • Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
  • Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
  • Saturday: no coverage
  • Sunday: no coverage

Normal business hours are

  • Monday: 8:30am – 8:30pm
  • Tuesday: 8:30am – 8:30pm
  • Wednesday: 8:30am – 8:30pm
  • Thursday: 8:30am – 8:30pm
  • Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
  • Saturday: no coverage
  • Sunday: no coverage
