The CCV IT HelpDesk is staffed at the following times when classes are in session. During breaks, the helpdesk is not available in the evening.

  • Monday: 8:30am – 9pm
  • Tuesday: 8:30am – 9pm
  • Wednesday: 8:30am – 9pm
  • Thursday: 8:30am – 9pm
  • Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
  • Saturday: no coverage
  • Sunday: no coverage
