Self Service Module
Self Service Module on the CCV Portal

The Self Service module can be found in the upper left column of the CCV Portal. Using Self Service will give you access to your student records, including:

  • Classes and Planning
    • Plan, schedule, and register for classes
    • Add yourself to a class wait-list
    • Use quick registration to register for scheduled classes
    • View per-requisites necessary for scheduled classes
    • View holds preventing registration
    • Print your Course Schedule
  • Personal Information
    • Update your contact and identity information
  • Financial Aid
    • Review documents and awards
    • Print a copy of your financial aid offer letter
  • Finance
    • Accept the VSC payment agreement
    • Access the student accounts payment site
  • Graduation and more
    • Submit your Graduation Application
    • View your unofficial transcript

Web Services

WebServices is an older interface with CCV’s student data. It is available on the left side of the portal. While almost all of the WebServices functionality has migrated to Self Service, you can still use WebServices to update your FERPA authorization:

Colleges are not allowed to release private information about college students. The FERPA Authorization Form allows students to create a password to give permission for anyone else (a family member, most frequently) to access records or talk with college officials.
